Brent Darby
Brent Darby is a lifestyle and interiors photographer based in the UK.
Born and raised in New Zealand, from an early age Brent developed a love of the outdoors and an affinity with nature which he now combines with his passion for photography wherever possible.
Using classic techniques and processes, Brent is a master of visual story-telling and uses a wide range of photographic equipment to create stunning individual shots and beautiful narrative series.
Working predominantly with pin-hole and large format film, Brent’s personal creative works have an ethereal quality, often combining nature with the surreal, and are hand developed at his London studio.
Brent has worked on a number of projects, both corporate and editorial and has an extensive client list including brands such as:
Habitat, Dulux, Debenhams, John Lewis, Houseology, Party Lite, Sims Hilditch Interior Design and more.
Brent is also regularly featured in editorial campaigns for titles such as Country Living, House & Garden, Ideal Home, Vintage Home, Modern Rustic, Homes & Gardens, House Beautiful, YOU Magazine, Image Island and more.
